Gerber Collision & Glass Opens Repair Location in Statesville, North Carolina
Chicago, Illinois — July 19, 2016 — The Boyd Group Inc. (the “Boyd Group” or “Boyd”) today announced the July 15, 2016 opening of a collision repair center in Statesville, North Carolina. The center previously operated as Black’s Collision Repair and served a six-brand dealership group. Statesville is in central North Carolina, about 40 miles north of Charlotte.“We are very pleased to add this center which has served Statesville and the surrounding community for over 40 years,” said Tim O’Day, President and COO of the Boyd Group’s U.S. operations. “It increases our presence in the Charlotte region and is also in close proximity to our centers in the Winston-Salem area. With 28 locations, we have established a statewide presence in North Carolina and grown to become a leading provider of collision repair services.”
