  • Tim O’Day

    Mr. O’Day is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Boyd Group Services Inc. Mr. O’Day joined Gerber Collision & Glass in February 1998. With Boyd Group’s acquisition of Gerber in 2004, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer for Boyd’s U.S Operations. In 2008, he was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer for U.S. Operations. In January of 2017, he was elevated to President and Chief Operating Officer. In January of 2020, he was elevated to his current position. In his role, Mr. O’Day has overall responsibility for the affairs of Boyd, including strategy, operations and performance. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of Boyd Group Services Inc., he also serves on the Board of Directors of Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Incorporated. He served as the Immediate Past Chair of the Board of I-Car until August 2022 and served on the Board of the Collision Repair Education foundation until March 2016. Earlier in his career, he was with Midas International, where he was elevated to Vice President, Western Division, and responsible for a territory that encompassed 500 Midas locations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Accounting from Michigan State University.

  • Brian Kaner

    Mr. Kaner joined Boyd Group Services Inc. in October 2022 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Boyd Group’s collision business. Mr. Kaner has responsibility for Boyd’s collision operations in both the United States and Canada. Mr. Kaner was previously CEO & President of Pep Boys & Icahn Automotive Services where he led all functional disciplines and field leadership teams overseeing 1,000 company owned and nearly 800 franchise locations. Before joining Icahn Enterprises L.P., Mr. Kaner worked for Sears Holdings Corporation as President of Sears Auto Centers.

  • Jeff Murray

    Mr. Murray is the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Boyd Group Services Inc. Mr. Murray joined the finance team at Boyd in 2004 as the Manager of External Financial Reporting. Prior to joining the Boyd Group, Mr. Murray worked at the accounting firm Ernst & Young LLP for approximately 10 years. On January 1, 2013, he was appointed Vice President of Finance, and on July 12, 2023, he was elevated to Executive Vice-President & CFO. Mr. Murray has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from the University of Manitoba and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
