Additional United States Privacy Disclosures
For residents of the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Nevada, Virginia, Oregon, Texas, and Montana, these Additional US State Privacy Disclosures (“US Disclosures”) supplement the information contained in our Privacy Policy by providing additional information about our personal information processing practices relating to individual residents of these States.
For the purposes of these US Disclosures, personal information does not include publicly available information or deidentified, aggregated, or anonymized information that is maintain in a form that is not capable of being associated with or linked to you.
Collection and Use of Personal Information
In the last 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information: personal identifiers; protected classifications; commercial information; internet/network information; geolocation data; audio, electronic, visual, olfactory or similar information; professional or employment information; education information; and inferences generated from your use of our Services. Disclosure of Personal Information
In the last 12 months, we may have disclosed all of the categories of information we collect with third parties for a business purpose, as described in the How We Share Your Information section of our Privacy Policy. The categories of third parties to whom we sell or disclose your personal information for a business purpose include:
- Service providers and advisors that perform services for us, on our behalf, which may include providing marketing and advertising services, providing mailing or email services, tax and accounting services, data enhancement services, fraud prevention, webhosting, or similar services;
- Select marketing and strategic partners who use this information to market to you, to perform analytics and conduct research, or for other purposes;
- Ad networks and advertising partners, including social networks, to deliver advertising and personalized content to you on our Services, on other sites and services you may use, and across other devices you may use, as well as provide advertising-relating services such as reporting, attribution, analytics and market research;
- Social networks for advertising or personalization purposes, or to engage with you;
- Analytics providers to better understand the demographics of our users and visitors, and to personalize, enhance, and improve our Services;
- We may also disclose personal information to other third parties at your direction or upon your request, or to comply with legal process or contractual obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Sales of Personal Information and Sharing for Targeted Advertising
You have the right to opt-out of any sale or sharing of your personal information by Boyd Group to third parties for targeted or behavioral advertising.
US privacy laws define the “sale” of personal information as a disclosure of such information to a third party for monetary or other benefits. A company may be considered a third party either because it does not use the personal information it receives from us for a business purpose, as that term is defined under applicable law, or because our contract does not prohibit it from using the personal information for its own purposes.
We do not engage in sales of personal information as it is defined under Nevada law. If you are a Nevada resident and would like more information about our data-sharing practices, please contact us at privacy@boydgroup.com.

The following personal information elements we collect may be classified as “sensitive” under certain privacy laws (“sensitive information”):

We do not sell sensitive information, and we do not process or otherwise share sensitive information for the purpose of targeted advertising. However, depending on your state of residency, and subject to certain legal limitations and exceptions, you may be able to limit, or withdraw your consent for, our processing of sensitive information (as described in the Your Privacy Choices section below).

California Shine the Light
Residents of the State of California have the right to request information from Boyd Group regarding other companies to whom the company has disclosed certain categories of information during the preceding year for those companies’ direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose information about consumers to third parties for such purposes.
Right to Know/Access Information
You have the right to request access to Personal Information collected about you and information regarding the source of that Personal Information, the purposes for which we collect it, and the third parties and service providers with whom we share it. You may submit such a request as described below. To protect our customers’ Personal Information, we are required to verify your identity before we can act on your request.
Right to Request Deletion of Information
You have the right to request in certain circumstances that we delete Personal Information that we have collected directly from you. You may submit such a request as described below. To protect our customers’ Personal Information, we are required to verify your identity before we can act on your request. We may have a reason under the law why we do not have to comply with your request, or why we may comply with it in a more limited way than you anticipated. If we do, we will explain that to you in our response.
How to Exercise Your Privacy Rights
You may submit a request to exercise your rights to know/access or delete your Personal Information through one of two means:

Verification Procedures
In order to process your request to know/access or delete Personal Information, we must verify your identity. We do this by:
- Asking you to
- provide personal identifiers that we can match against information we may have collected from you previously; and
- confirm your request using the email account or telephone number stated in the request.
If your request relates to particularly sensitive information, we may require additional information from you, such as a signed declaration.
Authorized Agent
In certain circumstances, you are permitted to use an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf, using the designated methods set forth above, where we can verify the authorized agent’s authority to act on your behalf. In order to verify the authorized agent’s authority, we generally require evidence of either (i) a valid power of attorney or (ii) a signed letter containing your name and contact information, the name and contact information of the authorized agent, and a statement of authorization for the request. Depending on the evidence provided and your state of residency, we may still need to separately reach out to you to confirm the authorized agent has permission to act on your behalf and to verify your identity in connection with the request.
To Exercise Your Opt-Out Rights
Unless you have exercised your Right to Opt Out, and as described in the How We Share Your Information section of our Privacy Policy, we may disclose or “sell” your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration in relation to online tracking technologies, or “share” your personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes (targeted advertising). The third parties to whom we sell or share personal information may use such information for their own purposes in accordance with their own privacy policies.
The third parties to whom we sell or share personal information may use such information for their own purposes, in accordance with their own privacy statements, which may include reselling or sharing this information to additional third parties.
You do not need to create an account with us to exercise your Right to Opt Out. However, we may ask you to provide additional personal information so that we can properly identify you in our dataset and to track compliance with your opt out request. We will only use personal information provided in an opt out request to review and comply with the request. If you chose not to provide this information, we may only be able to process your request to the extent we are able to identify you in our data systems.

Appealing Privacy Rights Decisions
Depending on your state of residency, you may be able to appeal a decision we have made in connection with your privacy rights request. All appeal requests should be submitted by emailing us at privacy@boydgroup.com with the subject line: “Privacy Request Appeal”. Job Applicant Privacy Notice
This privacy notice for applicants and candidates (“Applicant Notice”) supplements and our Privacy Policy and US Disclosures, and applies to all applicants and candidate who have expressed their interest in joining the Boyd Group.
This Applicant Notice applies to our processing of personal information that we collect online and offline for the purposes of recruiting you. It explains what information we collect during the application and recruitment process, and how it is used. It also includes information on privacy rights and how to exercise them.
Information We Collect And How We Use It
Please see the Information We Collect section of our Privacy Notice, together with the US Privacy Disclosures. The information collected will depend on your stage in the process. The sensitive or special categories of personal data that we may collect are only processed when applicable laws require or permit.
In cases where we are required to collect your personal information under applicable laws, the provision of such personal information is mandatory. Failure to provide such information to us may impact our ability to consider you for employment with us.
Your personal information is generally collected through our application and recruitment process, and through our service provider Nas Recruitment Innovation. Their privacy policy is available here. When shared with us, we may also collect additional information from our service providers, such as background verification agencies or screening services, or from your previous employers and your professional social media accounts (for example, LinkedIn). In any instance, such collection will be performed pursuant to applicable laws and regulations.
How We May Disclose Personal Information
The security and privacy of your information are important to us, and we take this responsibility very seriously. Access to your personal information is allowed only to Boyd Group’s employees and authorized contractors who need to know the specific information in question to carry out their responsibilities regarding Boyd Group recruitment and hiring or compliance with applicable law. For example, our HR team will need to see the details above to administer the recruiting process, or a hiring manager will review your resume.
In some instances, as permitted or required by applicable law, you will be asked to submit your information to companies providing services under contract to Boyd Group as part of the recruitment process, such as background checks.
Your personal information may also be shared with government authorities and law enforcement officials if such disclosure is required for Boyd Group’s compliance with applicable laws.
We do not “sell”, as defined by applicable laws, the personal information covered by this Applicant Notice. We also do not “share” your personal information covered by this Applicant Notice for the purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising.
